I have more than 20 years experience representing families in transition.
In addition to my experience in representing clients in contested divorce matters, I have had extensive family law mediation training and have completed the Ohio Supreme Court’s Guardian Ad Litem Training. My approach to divorce, support and custody matters is to first work as collaboratively as possible with opposing counsel and parties before resorting to litigating such matters in court.
I am available to assist married couples seeking an amicable dissolution of their marriage or unmarried parents seeking to develop a constructive plan to parent their children as a mediator or as legal counsel. One of the more fulfilling aspects of representing families in transition is the ability to work with divorcing spouses and particularly those who are parents to develop agreements that minimize the emotional and financial pain of divorce and put the needs and well being of their children first.
In addition to assisting clients with reaching agreements in the family law area, I am available to take a limited number of contested cases in the following areas:

Much of my family law practice is focused on custody issues. As a father who shares parenting responsibilities for my daughter and as a child of divorced parents I strongly believe in the importance of putting the needs and welfare of children first. I am only interested in representing clients who have the same philosophy.
I am also willing to assist divorcing couples who are attempting to represent themselves in their divorce cases by assisting with drafting agreements or pleading on an hourly basis. Often such limited assistance can be provided by telephone and email to clients throughout the State of Ohio.
Contact me online or by phone at 877-810-9348 to discuss how I can help you set things right and advance your own interests in the process.
